🛍️ Can I return my order?
Because our cocktails and mocktails are perishable, food-grade items, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
We want you to love every sip — so if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:
- Email us at info@fusioncocktails.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short note
- We'll review and either resend your order or issue a refund — your choice!
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
⚠️ We cannot offer returns or refunds for:
- Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products stored incorrectly (e.g. left in heat, not frozen/chilled)
- Change of mind or taste preferences
