Fusion Cocktails – Returns Policy
At Fusion Cocktails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns for Non-Perishable Items
If you're not happy with your non-perishable items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at info@fusioncocktails.co.uk with your order number and details. Once approved, you’ll be responsible for returning the item to us at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method.
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, perishable items such as our pre-mixed cocktail and mocktail pouches are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If there is an issue with a perishable item you've received (e.g., leaking pouch, incorrect product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We'll review and either resend your order or issue a refund — your choice!
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
⚠️ We cannot offer returns or refunds for:
- Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products stored incorrectly (e.g. left in heat, not frozen/chilled)
- Change of mind or taste preferences
